[Important] System Upgrade: Service Suspension Risk & Mandatory Backup

Hello, this is the Burrito Wallet Team.

Burrito Wallet is currently proceeding with a major server infrastructure migration to optimize our service environment.

Due to the significant scale of this migration, there is a possibility of critical issues, including complete inability to access the app or service suspension, starting from Feb 15, as we enter the final stages of the work.

To ensure your assets remain safe regardless of the app’s status, we strongly urge you to back up your ‘Recovery Phrase (Mnemonic)’ BEFORE Feb 15, while app access remains stable.

[🚨 Mandatory Action Required]
Please complete the following steps immediately to prepare for this potential disruption.

  • Required Action: Verify and record your Recovery Phrase (or Private Key) separately in a secure place before Feb 15.
  • Note: Even if the Burrito Wallet app becomes inaccessible, possessing your ‘Recovery Phrase (Mnemonic)’ ensures you can fully control and recover your assets via other wallets at any time.

[✅How to Back Up Your Recovery Phrase]

1) Open the Burrito Wallet app.
2) Go to [Settings] > [Wallet Management].
3) Select your wallet and tap [Show Recovery Phrase & Backup].
4) Write down the phrase on paper and store it securely offline. (Note: This applies to Social Login users as well.)

[중요] 시스템 개선 작업에 따른 서비스 접속 중단 가능성 및 복구 구문 백업 필수 안내

안녕하세요. 부리또월렛 팀입니다.

현재 부리또월렛은 더 나은 서비스 환경 제공을 위해 대규모 서버 인프라 이전 등의 작업을 진행하고 있습니다.
서버 환경의 변화가 큰 만큼 작업 마무리 단계인 2월 15일(일) 이후에는 예기치 않게 앱 접속이 전면 차단되거나 서비스 이용이 불가능한 치명적인 장애(Critical Issue)가 발생할 가능성이 있습니다.
이에 회원님의 소중한 자산을 안전하게 보호하기 위해, 앱 접속이 원활한 2월 15일 이전에 반드시 ‘복구 구문(니모닉)’을 백업해 주실 것을 강력히 권고드립니다.

[🚨 필수 조치 사항]

2026년 2월 15일(일) 이후에 앱 실행 불가 등 서비스 이용 중단 상황이 발생할 수 있습니다. 만약의 사태(앱 접속 불가)에 대비하여 지금 즉시 아래 조치를 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 필수: 2월 15일 전까지 복구 구문(니모닉)을 확인하여 안전한 곳에 별도로 기록
  • 비고: ‘복구 구문(니모닉)’만 별도로 보관하고 계시면, 향후 앱 접속이 불가능해지더라도 타 지갑에서 언제든 문제없이 자산을 찾으실 수 있습니다.

[✅ 복구 구문 백업 방법]

  • 1) 부리또 월렛 앱 실행
  • 2) [설정] > [지갑 관리] 메뉴 진입
  • 3) 백업할 지갑 선택
  • 4) [복구 구문 표시 및 백업] 선택 > 안내 사항 확인 후 ‘다음’
  • 5) 화면에 표시된 정보를 종이에 적거나 인터넷이 연결되지 않은 곳에 안전하게 보관
  • 참고: 소셜 로그인(카카오, 구글 등) 이용자도 위 경로를 통해 복구 구문을 반드시 확인 및 백업하셔야 합니다.

[공지] Casper(CSPR) 체인 지원 종료 및 스테이킹 자산 이전 안내

안녕하세요, 부리또월드 입니다.
오는 2025년 10월 18일부터 Casper 체인 지원이 종료될 예정입니다.
따라서 현재 Casper 자산을 보유하고 계신 사용자분들께서는 반드시 지원 종료일 이전에 자산을 안전하게 이동시켜 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 스테이킹된 CSPR 언스테이킹 진행
만약 CSPR을 스테이킹하고 계신 경우, 자산을 전송하기 위해 먼저 언스테이킹을 신청해야 합니다.
Casper 네트워크의 정책에 따라 언스테이킹 완료까지 일정 시간(14시간 ~ 16시간)이 소요될 수 있습니다. 자산 이전에 필요한 시간을 고려하여 미리 언스테이킹을 진행해 주십시오.

2. 외부 지갑/거래소로 자산 이전
2.1 Casper를 지원하는 지갑
Casper 지원 지갑 (Casper Wallet(https://www.casperwallet.io/), Casper Dash(https://casperdash.io/), Ledger  등)
에서 지갑 생성 후 전송

2.2 CSPR을 지원하는 거래소
Casper 지원 거래소 (빗썸, ByBit, OKX, BigGet, Gate, KuCoin 등)으로 입금
거래소로 입금시에는 거래소별 가상자산 입금 유의사항을 확인해 주세요.
